Easy Pizza Sauce


One serving should be enough to cover a pizza. The sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for ~16 days if put into a conserving jar.



  1. Finely chop onions and garlic into a pot.
  2. Cover them with olive oil.
  3. Cook mixture on medium heat (~4/10) until glazed.
  4. Add tomato sauce, tomato concentrate, sugar, salt, pepper, thyme/rosemary, oregano and basil to the mixture.
  5. Let the mixture boil on low heat (~2.5/10) for ~60min.
